Refund Policy

I am working hard on the products I am selling to avoid any problems for the end user. Yet if unforeseen problem is encountered then I try my best to fix any problems with my products as soon as it comes to my notice.

I encourage all the buyers to thoroughly read the product details and also contact me if in doubt for clarifications before sending payments for any product listed on this website.

Refund clauses

  1. Since the goods I am selling are digital and irrevocable in nature, I can not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent.
  2. No payments will be refunded if the refund request is due to the lack of understanding the product capabilities by the buyer. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this prior purchasing any item from my website or me.
  3. Refunds will not be issued if any of my products are incompatible with any other product, code or service you may be using alongside. Although I will try my best to spot the problem and also fix it ONLY if it’s caused by my products.

Exceptions

In case you decide to request a refund prior to receiving the product then the refund will be issued under the following conditions:

  1. If the refund request is made within 60 days of the payment then full amount will be refunded except the Paypal processing fee.
  2. If the request is made after 60 days of the payment then the Paypal processing fee + Paypal transaction fee will be deducted.
